The Southgate Veterans Memorial Library is located at 14680 Dix-Toledo Rd., next to the City Hall.  Encompassing 21,000 square feet, it holds over 90,000 items for your informational and recreational needs.

Books are available in regular print, large print, audio cassette, audio cd, and we are experimenting with eAudiobooks and Playaway devices(mp3).  The Library has print, video, audio, and downloadable materials.

Materials can be requested for hold (reserved) or renewed by phone, in person, or online in IBistro.

Research databases are available both in the library and from home, using your library card and pin.

Children's Storytime programs are available throughout the year, and Summer Reading Program happens every summer.

Adult book discussion meets on the third Wednesday of every month.
